Very nice staff, super friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful when it’s not too cloudy. We enjoyed the big room and the mattresses were softer than normally. The food is very nice (especially the spring rolls) and they offer a good menu for all meals.

The owner of homestay is very cute, friendly and enthusiastic to support other utilities for us if Zizi house doesn't have. This area is also far from the town so the air is very fresh and it's a beautiful natural space, quiet. Prices are very cheap and include breakfast, tea, coffee. Zizi House has 2 shared bathrooms but it is very clean and has clean towels.

Zizi was a fantastic host and made us feel extremely welcome. That coupled with the views from the yard made it an amazing stay. Very peaceful and calm compared to Sapa town.

A sweet homestay very close to Ta Van village with plenty of trekking trails near by. Zizi and her family were lovely and can help organise a series of treks to suit you. An unexpected hidden cost which we weren't pre-warned about, however, came in the form of a toll entering one of the villages in the taxi. Hence our taxi ride was a bit more expensive than we would have hoped!

Couldn’t recommend this homestay enough! If you want a true authentic experience of Sapa, stay at Zizi’s! Zizi and her family are so friendly, warm and welcoming and will treat you to delicious family dinners and fabulous walks through the rice paddies with all the locals. Thank you for the best two days :)

    Very Good

Worth staying if your doing the trecks offered from the homestay. Pretty far out of town though if your not doing trecks. Motorbike taxi took about 20 mins into town but had to wait for the bike to come from town each time first. Plan and order taxi in advance. Lots of roadworks at the moment too on the road from town so had some delays. Zizi and staff were very friendly and helpful though!

Really beautiful place with lovely staff! I booked a single bed but they gave me a private room when I got there. Its pretty common to be upgraded for free when its low season so I was glad, but then they charged me the price of the private room..? I had to argue not to pay it. They also tried to charge me for 2 treks when I only did one, but I think that was an honest mistake. The trek i booked with them was lovely. The shower was really disappointing after an overnight trek in the cold
