Great hostel, friendly staff, comfy beds, 15/20 minutes from the City, great price for what you get and surrounded by bars and restaurants. I would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hostel. Location and value for money are great. The bathroom was on the small side, but it didn't bother us much. A fan in the bathroom would be nice, because you can't open the windows. Everything was pretty clean. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but what bothered more were inconsiderate guests that slammed doors at 3 am. Staff was very friendly.

Was quite happy with this place! For a hostel with so many rooms, and so many people staying, it really did a good job! It was a little bit pricey staying during the Pride festival, but that's to be expected..

Spent 3 days in A&O hostel and it was surprisingly great atmosphere there the whole time. The only problem was with the guest kitchen, the electricity often went off, when it was crowded. If you tried to use the microwave, and the hob at the same time. Spent an hour there, and after it we could eat our food. Not so far, not so close to the city centre, exept the problems with cooking everything was perfect. Nice staff, clean areas, clean rooms! I can recommend to everyone.

    Very Good

Hostel was very clean and the lobby atmosphere was very nice, more of a hotel. The staff weren't very friendly but they were helpful when I asked some questions. The hostel was a little far out of the city (15 minute metro ride).

So many school groups and it was always so noisy in the middle of the night. Half an hour out of the city and we didn’t get cleaning service most days. Also there was hardly any food selection at the bar and the kitchen was tiny considering the size of the hostel.

Me and my friends found this hostel overpriced for the quality of our room and the facilities available. The room was private and for 6 guests however it was obvious they had just squeezed in an extra bunk bed to maximise profit. There was a 30cm gap in between the bunk beds making it near impossible to climb the ladder. The handle on the bathroom door kept falling off. Furthermore the kitchen was tiny for a hostel of about 500 rooms. No oven, a small electric cooker and 1 fridge. Not good.

Not worth your money! It's so far away and more of a hotel than a hostel. You won't meet anyone here except for families and their kids. Absolutely no atmosphere and didn't even feel like I was in Amsterdam.

Simply said, don't stay here. Very overpriced accommodation. Even on hot days, the staff moves SO SLOWLY for check-in and is rude. The location is bad and the metro to the city centre is always late and crowded. It is very hard to come back at night, I had to waste money on a taxi. They say no drugs inside but the bathroom smelled like weed. The cleaners are rude and keep asking us who moved out - how should I know? Shouldn't the hostel tell them? I wish I booked somewhere else.
