Lovely stay, super easy check out. Just throw the bed sheets (if that's the type of room you asked for) in the laundry bin by the reception and put your key card a plastic box. Your good to go

I was little worried while making booking at A&O because it was my first visit to Frankfurt. But after checked in, i found that i had made no mistake for choosing this place. quick check-in with welcoming staff. I stayed in 4 bed mix dorm in block-C. Room and washrooms were clean and very well heated. The place is located well in the city, you may catch Metro and S Bhan right directly in front of the Hostel. You may also walk to the city center. Bring your own pad lock, towel and bed sheet.

    Very Good

Not stayed in an AO for a while but was quite surprised - seems to have a rebrand. Facilities were good although TV didn't in the room work. I stayed in a spacious 6 bed ensuite which was thoroughly cleaned daily. Hostel is about 25min walk to Downtown and is in what seemed a fairly quiet neighborhood with shops and eateries - although it is on a busy main road however right next to the DB Station. Not much of a traveler vibe and bar area doubles up as the reception area. Never saw the kitchen.

    Very Good

A good hostel. Great atmosphere and staff. The bathrooms in the rooms were dirty alot of the time. The location is very close to a metro that can take you to the city center quickly. The price was very high for the hostel over New Years. 60€ a night is not worth what you get for your money.

This is a massive hostel with hundreds of beds. It has the feel of a large hostel with guests that range from young backbackers, families, and business travelers. I was most astounded by the cost of a bed here in a dorm room given shared living conditions - a hotel sized room with 4 beds with a bathroom and shower in two separate doors facing the beds. I chose the hostel only for its location - next time I come to Frankfurt and need a place in this area, I might consider this hostel again.

Bed linens aren't included in the price and cost 3.50€ which is expensive I think. They are just charging extra money for something you would have for free in every other hostels. It's called stealing and they shouldn't be allowed to do this. Anyway I paid for it and the receptionist told me that they didn't have any sheet left. That's very unprofessional. The staff members were unfriendly and were lacking organisation I do not recommend that place

Rooms rather small, making it difficult to circulate. Lights in the room switches automatically off after a couple of minutes, which makes you crazy. Common areas create a quite anonymous atmosphere. No common room or space to make or keep your food, make your dinner or sit on a couch. Just a couple of seats in the lobby. Staff is a bit rude with the guests. Positive point: close to S-Bahn.

Staff are unfriendly, most beds do not have bedside lamps, the shower would swing from cold to burning hot and the general atmosphere is not that of a friendly hostel
