Enjoyed our stay, would stay again. The walk from the train station is a bit of a run down neighbourhood, but the actual hostel location is fine. Not super close to downtown, but a reasonable walk, or (I think) a very simple tram ride.

Good value for the money. Only the air conditioning could be better. At least during summer it did get too hot in the room.

I stayed here for one night for a stopover. It’s basically a budget hotel with shared dorms. No atmosphere but that was expected. Facilities were fine and it’s a 20 minute walk to the train station, which isn’t too bad.

The staff was really nice and helpful! I stayed in a female dorm and it was really clean and calm. The location is close to the Hbf which was all that I was looking for. For the price it was really worth it for one nights stay :)

Evening/night staff were definitely better than the day staff. The atmosphere was not very inviting due to the type of clientele (I'm guessing one of the few hostels open in Frankfurt) - they seemed to be allowing anyone who wanted to book. Location to public transport is great S-Bahn and Tram are right there and get you to where you need to be. Supermarkets close by - as with all the sights too

It was ok staying in this hostel, we stayed in an 8 bed dorm room, where a man seemed to live in the bed all day and the other guests checking in after we went to sleep and out before we woke up... A weird combo. The top bunk bed was dusty all around the bed frame but everything else looked clean. The kitchen was way too small and lacked basic utilities. Asking for access the staff asked me if I wasn’t already told no... and then he asked his colleague if I was allowed. Which I was...

The woman who checked me in was very nice and incredibly helpful. The one in the morning was very rude. I had a few hours to spare and stayed in the common area, but she tried to kick me out more than once, even though I was alone and not presenting risk to anyone. I was also not allowed to use the bathroom. This shows 1) the hostel's complete inability to understand the coronavirus regulations and 2) the place where they put PEOPLE in their priorities. Clean & comfortable, but impersonal.

The service is getting worse. Some employees are treated in a very unpleasant way. I suggest that you allocate a room for emergencies .. It is better to follow up the employees and train them to respect customers and appreciate their circumstances. Thank you

They advertise for a cheap price but then you’re forced to pay for additionals ending up at the same price tag as hostels with a much better location. Also the pictures show off the lobby but the actual sleeping quarters are not as fancy and have a shady vibe, they’re in a different building. Breakfast “buffet” is mostly bread and coffee.

I had a private room, and It was sooo tiny, with a tiny bed that I couldn't sleep on. It didn't even worth €5/night.
