The hostel is far from the center but with the metro easy and quickly to reach. Buildung: new ,rooms+lockers+beds+bathroom..etc.: good. Staff: very good, security:good. Kitchen: paradox( 2 childernchairs+2big tables 15 chairs but no knife to split a tomato in 2 parts) no oven but very big toster,in comparison with the other part of the hostel is the kitchen bad. All together very good hostel.

Super clean and secure. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walk to metro stop, which is wheelchair accessible. 35 minutes from hostel to bus station, including walk and metro. Appeals to groups and can be noisy, though.

    Fabulous

Great place, clean and comfortable. One of the things I did not agree with was the fact that when we were checking in, they made us pay for bedsheets, and it was an extra fee that we did not expect. Moreover, I did not see other guests being charged with that fee, it was really weird. My suggestion is that directions to hotel information should be updated; coming from the airport is way simpler by taking bus #119 from terminal 2 to metro station.

Haters are gonna hate the location, I actually think it's good and close to a subway station. All the guests are pretty much German for some reason, the TV is only in German. Rooms are clean. Very good accommodation for the price.

It's really far away from the city centre, after going out of the metro station , you can see a board writing "a&o hostel just 250m from here " but the reality is that you need to walk at least 6 minutes more and it's located in a corner. I don't like the location, the transportation is good though. Facilities are good. Hostel is clean

Ok, the place is no Hostel by any means. When u get to the building and check in into tower B 9th floor. That is not a hostel. It is literally out of the map provided by the hotel staff themselves, yes I called it a hotel. So that makes it clear how far away from the city center it is. Being close to a metro station makes it convenient. But still, it is far!! The staff are nice and all, but it feels that you are talking to a bank teller or a salesperson in a shop. Rooms are clean & spacious.

If you have any other choice please do not pick this place. In a city like prague you should not stay in place like that. It is really far from the city center and even far from the metro station and in some of the rooms (at least in my room) two of the beds were not bunk beds but a big bed for two people. So it is like sleeping with a stranger next to you for whole night. It was SOO weird. And it is a combination of hotel and hostel so it was a bit crowded. I just do not recommend this place

It was very warm, and we were given a room that most part did not have a window. So it was like in microvawe oven. Despite the fact that the rules require silence after 10 a group of people were yelling like crazy afte 1 am while playing table soccer. The guys at the reception were exhousted which is understanablen the girls the next morining were more helpful and kind.

The receptionist in the morning on 30th dec was very rude and was getting irritated when we were asking questions. When we asked for water she first said I dont know and then later said that I can give you later on as I am busy right now . The check in time is not flexible at all as almost half of the day is over when you get to check in .

We were overbooked. The receptionist called an a&o on the opposite side of town and told us that we'd have a room there. We paid our own transport to relocate. When we arrived, they told us that nobody had called (we knew this to be false), and that they didn't have space for us. They took no responsibility and offered no alternative, at 9 PM on a Friday. When we menaced to stand in line until they called the police or paid us a different hotel, a room magically appeared. Disgraceful.
