Great little hostel. Amazing Staff. Evelyn and Sofie were an amazing help when a problem arose that caused me more then a bit of stress. I cannot thank these ladies enough for how much they helped me and keep me level headed. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower pressure was alot better then i thought it was going to be. Comfy bed. Would stay here again.

There was some issues with my room (not to the hostel’s fault) and I asked to be moved - the receptionist (don’t know his name:( ) did that without hesitation and put me in another room that made the stay much more enjoyable. Very very clean and nice facilities.

The lady in reciption who has nightshift yesterday and today who speaks Arabic is treating the visitor with no respect she is shouting and reporting in wrong way about visitor and blacklisting the people with facke reason she is moving visitor from room to room every couple of days . Many of your visitor want to complain but have no time . Please take.the proper action . Every thing else from that is perfect and out of this exception we are long term visitor who love your hotel hostel service

If you are strong minded and cam put up with seeing some strange happenings. I would reccomend this hostel, for the price I csnt complain and I dont know what else I had envisaged to be honest. Some of the staff are great, when you actually have a proper conversation with him. Beware eastern Europeans might try and sneak into your room. Also lot of prostitution rings going on.

It's an overall nice franchise hostel that has what you need, but at the same time not much else. The staff seemed as a kind of lifeless crew, and was pretty indifferent when I said I had emailed them about booking a parking spot, of which none was left apparently. It was more like staying in a big cheap hotel with dorm rooms (but pretty clean though), and with lots of dudes lurking around the street entrance.

It was ca. 28 degrees in the room, all night. Could really do better ventilation.

Room was clean and bed comfortable... once you’d paid the extra money to get your sheets. Don’t be so tight, travelled to 40+ countries and a&o are the first hostels I’ve seen do this. Pitiful excuse of a kitchen - essentially a store room with a hot plate, microwave and sink - where they charged €10 deposit to use the room, and a further €10 to use cutlery and a plate. Yes it’s a deposit but completely unnecessary. Empty atmosphere, felt like a bed factory. Must do more for travellers.

This didn't feel so much like a hostel but more like a hotel that happened to have some dorms. One very dodgy thing that they do is charge for bed linens. This is not mentioned in the booking on hostelworld, therefore it's a hidden cost (and tbh who the hell travels with their own bed linens...). Mattress was the very squeaky and not very comfortable, and dorm room was small (like a converted hotel room) and not so clean.
