Legendary since 2005, the Black Sheep is a New Zealand/ Colombian run hostel located in the best area of Medellin, Patio Bonito in El Poblado. Less than ten minutes' walk from Poblado metro station, major shopping centers, supermarkets and the Zona Rosas hundreds of bars and restaurants, yet in a quiet tree lined street.
Among the facilities on offer are a great tv room and a nice balcony to sit out on and relax. A large terrace with hammocks. We also have a kitchen with all the modern appliances.
Dedicated fiber option line to hostel with eight Ubiquiti hotspots covering the whole hostel and lightening fast speed for Colombia.
We can help you book free walking tours, Comuna 13 Grafitti tour, a visit to a local brewery as well as paragliding and trips to neighbouring highlights like Guatape, Santa Fe de Antioquia and Rio Claro. Football tours are also offered once or twice a week during the year. Most tour companies offer pickup from our hostel.
Best of all we are a friendly, homely hostel owned and operated by a traveller like you. and we have the table. A table so famous people have tattooed it on their bodies. The table, you have to experience it to believe it, outside the office is a focal point of the hostel and the perfect place to dream of your next adventure with an ice cold 5.000-peso beer and your new best friends. The table will draw you in and you'll just keep coming back for more!
