This place was not in Flores although it came up as being there. I had to take a short ferry ride. The upstairs deck as a frickin construction with no dedicated lighting that led to my getting 10 stitches as a result of my tripping on an unfinished steel column. A extension cord was the power cord that powered the deck lights. I expected an English speaker. NOPE!!! The bed was comfortable and I did get a complimentary breakfast. Nothing positive to say. BUT they did get someone there

There is no kitchen (unlike what they advertise). Whole front of the hostel is flooded and it stinks of rotten egg at night. They leave all doors open at night so get bitten by mosquitoes really badly. Cockroaches all in their restaurant kitchen. Only give you a thin sheet as a duvet so it’s freezing at night. Have to pay 10Q per person every time you leave hostel on the boat (only way) and 20Q if early in morning or late at night which starts to add up. Only good thing is the AC and lockers
