Damrak Inn offers simple and functional rooms with free Wi-Fi, only a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station. It benefits from a 24-hour reception.
Please note that the Hotel doesn't have an elevator as it's an historical building, the stairs are steep !
Please note that the Hotel have no AC (air conditioning).

Each of the rooms at Damrak Inn is equipped with a work desk and TV. All of the rooms include private bathroom facilities with a shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Dam Square is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel and Dam Tram Stop is only 200 m away. Damrak Inn is a 5-minute walk from the Kalverstraat shopping area and just over a 10-minute walk from the Anne Frank House.

- Upon arrival a damage deposit of €100,00 is required.
- Smoking and the use any kind of drugs (including laughing gas) are forbidden. A fine of €300,00 will be imposed for violations.
- THE HOTEL BUILDING IS A MONUMENTAL BUILDING AND IT HAS TYPICAL DUTCH STAIRS, NO ELEVATOR!

Other Hotel Policies
- All private spaces are non-smoking.
- Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables in the safe provided in your room.
- Please note that Damrak Inn hotel does not have an elevator, so expect traditional Amsterdam stairs.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the 1st night on credit card 7 days prior to arrival. In case of declined, your reservation is not guaranteed any more. Please make sure you have sufficient credit on your credit card to pass the authorization.
- If you need cleaning during your stay, you need to inform the front desk for cleaning service before 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
- Guests must keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between (23:00-07:00). Loud music, parties, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted to ensure the comfort of all guests.
- Guests are required to maintain the room during their stay and ensure it is left in a clean and tidy upon departure. Failure to leave the room clean and tidy may result in a partial deduction from your damage deposit to cover additional cleaning fees. 
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow hotel policies. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the hotel without a refund.

All rooms are with private shower and toilet, TV and Safety deposit. Also bedlinnen, bedsheets, towels are included.
Please, note, there is no elevator, only stairs. All rooms have an access only by stairs. We do not have an air conditioning.

-The 15% deposit paid online goes to Hostelworld, the remaining balance plus mandatory 12,5% city taxes are due on arrival.
-We do pre-authorize customer's credit card a week before the arrival date.


Cancellations and no-shows:

Standard rate: The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Non-refundable rate: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH BOOKING AGENCY OR HOTEL DIRECTLY BY EMAIL AND NOT BY TELEPHONE.
