Great space and beautiful and helpful staff. They were so welcoming. Place is very clean. Gora would be our favourite place that we visited in Japan, partially thanks to this hostel.

Not recommended and overpriced. Probably the most expensive hotel weâ€™ve paid in Japan for what it offers. Onsen was the worst weâ€™ve ever been in Japan, really small, with limited capacity and estricted short accesible hours. Just in front of the hotel there are renovation works ongoing and they start at 8 am so you are forced to wake up, other hotels in Japan clearly stated before booking that there are renovations works and it may be disturbing.
