At Urban Camper Copenhagen Hostel, we’ve ditched the wet underwear and unpredictable weather but kept all the fun, coziness, and social vibes of camping. Sleep in large indoor tents, meet new friends, and party in the heart of Nørrebro—the world’s coolest neighborhood (thanks, Timeout!).
We’re all about affordability, sustainability, and good times. Chill at the bar during Happy Hour, crush a game of pool, petanque or shuffleboard, and soak up our jungle-meets-city vibe on our huge outdoor terrace. Whether you’re here to explore Copenhagen or just hang out, this is the spot for laid-back travelers ready to make memories.
We are located just a stone's throw from Nørrebro Metro Station, the perfect link between you and the exciting sights of Copenhagen and connecting you with the international airport and central bus station.
During your stay with us, we provide free WiFi and linen. A towel can be rented in the reception

Reception:
Reception is open 24/7, and our staff are available to assist you at any time.
Cancellation Policies:
Non-refundable reservations
Payment will be charged on the day the reservation is made.
The reservation is non-refundable under all circumstances.
The total reservation amount will be charged if the booking is cancelled at any time.
Flexible/Standard reservations
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, the full reservation amount will be charged.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged, and the reservation will be cancelled.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is available from 15:00.
Check-out is at 11:00.
If you expect to arrive late or after midnight, please inform us by email in advance.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is available daily from 07:00 to 10:00.
We serve a simple, fresh breakfast buffet continental style that includes filter coffee or tea.
Payment:
Standard reservations are charged 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
General Information:
Taxes are included.
Bed linen and Wi-Fi is included.
Lockers are available in the tents. Please bring your own padlock or purchase one at reception.
The hostel is non-smoking.
Age Policy:
Urban Camper Hostel is an adults-only hostel. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay at the hostel.
Shared Dormitories:
To preserve the social backpacker atmosphere of our shared dormitories, these rooms are reserved for guests aged 18–40 years, inclusive.
This policy applies to all stays from 1 January 2027 onwards.
Guests aged 41 years or older are welcome to book one of our private rooms or private tents.
If a reservation for a shared dormitory is made by a guest who does not meet the age requirements, Urban Camper reserves the right to:
offer an available private room or private tent at the applicable rate; or
cancel the reservation if no suitable alternative accommodation is available.
