Hostal Los Abuelos is warm hostel was built in the old neighbourhood of Jalatlaco inhabited since 1521 by pre-Hispanic Zapotec tribes and was converted by the conqueror Francisco de Orozco into a Spanish enclave dedicated to saddlery, during the colonial era.
