Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival.( not valid in non-refundable reservations)
In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged 100% of your stay.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
Pre-payment for non-refundable reservations.
This property may pre-authorise your card before the arrival.

Taxes not included
TAKK tax 0.50 EUR per person per night.( from November until February)
1.50 EUR per person per night (from March until October)

Airport shuttle service - 50€ 06:00 - 23:00 and 60€ 23:01 -05:59 (Request upon availability)

No curfew.

*The hostel does not bear any responsibility for the loss of valuables.

*During check-in all guests need to provide their personal details and valid ID or Passport
otherwise they cannot be accommodated and No refund!
*During check-out the keycard and locker-key need to be returned
Loss of keycard or locker key would be charged 5 EUR / each

-Smoking is NOT allowed in rooms or common areas except the rooftop and balconies
- Drugs are Not allowed
-Inappropriate behaviour OR Harassment are NOT allowed
-Food & Drinks are Not allowed in the rooms
*All the above are grounds for immediate removal of the hostel with NO REFUND!

- the 6-bed dorms are 4 different rooms.
1 is Female only with a 3rd-floor bunk bed and a big window
2 of them are mixed with a 3rd-floor bunk bed and private balcony
1 of them is with 2-floor bunk bed and a small window
* room & bed is a matter of availability!

*Luggage must be big enough to fit the lockers otherwise must be left in our storage room
No luggage is allowed ON BED or outside of the locker.

*In case of extending of stay in the hostel, the reception must be informed for the request before check-out time .
No extend is being accepted without information and payment.
*All guests must prepay their stay during check-in !
