About

Mid-Atlantic Boutique Hostel is a unique hostel founded & designed by Andre Leonardo, an azorean world traveller. It has a distinctive location at the lovely Angra Bay in Angra do Heroísmo, an amazing town classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, on the wonderful Terceira Island, Azores. Here you have the chance to find five different rooms from double/ twin deluxe rooms, studio, dorms with an exclusive design, large comfortable beds and everything you need to relax and live a Middle Atlantic experience. At the same time, you will be able to enjoy an unforgettable patio with 270º bay & city view and an outdoor shower where you can relax.

We're located in a pedestrian street so you will not hear cars, only the waves of the sea. At the same time, we are a 30 second walking distance from a mini-market and 3 minutes (or less) from the historic area of Angra do Heroísmo, marina and beach. It's the perfect location.
There's paid parking 20meters from the hostel and free car park about 100meters from the hostel.

We try our best to provide everything you need to live a unique experience in the Middle of the Atlantic

Awesome stay, would love having some shade or seating on the deck. Weird that they only take cash or a wire transfer, my bank thought it was strange

This hostel is very clean and a great place to spend a few days exploring Angra and Terceira. It was very quiet during my stay. The only piece of constructive criticism that I have is that I wish this hostel had curtains for the bunks. The hostel was extremely clean though and the kitchen was very clean and functional.

I enjoyed my stay there. Reception was great, helped me make reservations. I hung out with other travellers which I met over breakfast, in the kitchen. The hostel was a bit quiet, probably because I came in low season (beginning of October)
