Hey there! Welcome to Next'House – Luxury Hostels. We have 6 other amazing locations across Dubai, and we’re proud to be the largest hostel chain in the city.
This is Skyview Hostel in Dubai Marina, with incredible views of all of Dubai! You’ll see The Palm, Marina, Top Golf, JLT, and pretty much everything else! It has a homey vibe, and you'll definitely feel right at home.
We have two shared spaces:
- A cozy living/dining room
- A gaming room (with a pool table, PlayStation, and arcade games)
We also have a manager on-site and a cleaning team working 24/7 to keep everything in top shape.
You’ll enjoy great amenities like interior and exterior pools and a gym to stay active.

Cancellation policy: 7 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, the full amount of your stay will be charged.
