Place doesn’t exist - number doesn’t ring through and no email to contact. Maybe they’ve attached the wrong location, but if they’re impossible to get a hold of it might as well not exist. I asked all the locals around the area of the attached location if they know where it is and they all helped me for HOURS but nobody could find it at all. Other reviews say the same. Avoid!

Our experience was absolutely amazing I would recommend Hostal Don Andre to everyone. The host was incredible, he offered free breakfast every morning and made us to go lunches for the days we went to Machu Picchu. We stayed in the 4 person dorm room and it had an impressively clean bathroom. The host asked us if he could clean the room after the second day of us being there, which we gladly agreed to. There were complementary towels and the beds were clean. There was Wi-Fi as well.

The hostel is located in a nice area however we had a bad experience. The address written on hostel world is wrong and the map shows a different location. After more than an hour the owner finally answered us and sent us the address (which was the address of an affiliated hotel and they sent us away). Upon finally arriving at the correct hostel, the staff informed us that the room we had booked was not available and that there was nothing she could do. We ended up changing hostel the next day as we did not
