Good Manor

Stay with a sense of community at the Good Manor. This residence blends the warmth of locals with the adventures of fellow travelers. We embrace each guest as an honorary local, we ensure a homey atmosphere, whether you're passing through on your way to the surrounding parks, or settling in for a while. The building dates back to the 1920s and boasts charming aesthetics, with updates to enhance comfort. We've got all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and are right in the center of Fresno's Tower District. A surplus of restaurants, inviting cafes, and lively bars – all mere steps from our doorstep.

We offer a mixed dorm or private rooms, all using shared bathrooms. All guests also have access to communal areas including a fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, laundry facilities, a pool table, and more.

We commit to supporting local and staying green. We source many of the items you will see such as personal products, artwork, and coffee from local and sustainable businesses.

There is free street parking throughout the surrounding area open to all guests. Once you are checked in there is no curfew and you can come and go as you please with the ease of keypad locks to the front door and individual rooms.

Important:

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all adults before check-in.
We are unable to accommodate Fresno or Clovis residents. If either city is listed on your ID we will cancel the reservation. The maximum number of days a guest can stay is 14 days in a year and 7 days in a month.

To provide the convenience of 24-hour check-in, we do 100% digital and self-check-in so please provide the requested documentation before check-in day. Please note that if not already collected the full amount of your reservation will be charged the day before your Check-in day. You will not receive check-in instructions until documentation and payment is received.

Good Manor Policy and Conditions:

Booking and Reservation:
- A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
- All guests must be 18+ years of age.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 15:00 PST, and check-out time is 11:00 PST.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payments:
- Payment in full will be processed on the day of Check-in.
- We accept credit, debit, and third-party processing.
- Any additional services or charges incurred during the stay will be settled upon check-out.
- A 12% Transient Occupancy Tax will be collected either on initial booking or during collection on Check-in day.

Cancellation Policy:
- 48 hrs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Property Rules:
- Smoking is only permitted within designated smoking areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Parties, gatherings, and events require prior approval from management.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- No curfew

Liability and Safety:
- The property is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' belongings.
- Guests in dorms are encouraged to use lockers and secure their valuables.
- Guests are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and follow any instructions provided by staff.

Guest Conduct:
- All guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and the property respectfully.
- We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate or non-consensual behavior towards our guests or staff.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

Force Majeure:
- The property is not liable for any inability to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

Changes and Amendments:
- The property reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
