This not even a 2 star property. For some reason Hostelworld makes all reviews 2 stars at worst. Our room had one outlet, under a window, that we only found out later, the property knew had a leak issue. Plugged my IPad in on Friday night before going to sleep, woke up Saturday morning with water pouring from the ceiling above the window; ruined my IPad. I brought this to the desk's attention, was told they were aware of the issue and the owner would contact me ASAP. It's now 3 days later and I still haven

This place was horrible! The front door was slammed shut on me by a charwoman, shouting 'I can't, I can't! ' What, speak in full sentences? The door code didn't work at 1500h and then when I did get in, the bed was not ready as late as 1540h. I left a day early as a result! This place should be de-listed on Hostelworld. I would NEVER return, especially without so many other options in CHI.
