Sierra Hostel

Please be aware before booking:
- The shared dormitory area has CCTV for assistance and security purposes.

From July 15, 2024, to December 31, 2024, The Sierra Hostel will be expanding to include additional rooms. Construction will occur daily from Monday to Sunday, with breaks on the 5th and 20th of each month. During this period, guests will experience construction noise between 7:30 AM and 17:00 PM.

The air conditioner is turned off at 10:00 in the morning and will be turned on again at 12:00. (A/C also needs some rest)
Room will be ready for getting in, from 15:00 onwards.

The air conditioner in our room will only be adjusted to 25°C. If anyone wishes to have it higher than that, please kindly inform the reception. We will arrange a bed under the air conditioner for you, and you can rent an extra blanket for 50 baht each.

We are unable to adjust the air conditioning to heat or cool according to individual preferences. Thank you for your understanding

Important Information:

1). If you arrive during our operating hours from 8:00 am to 21:00 pm, you can check in at The Snug Airportel (a hotel within the same group). In the event of a late arrival after 21:00, please notify us in advance directly via email or phone.
2). Every reservation must be paid through a provided payment link. If we do not receive payment or if you do not contact us by 14:00 pm and your provided contact number is not valid, we will assume that you do not plan to stay at our hotel. We reserve the right to fairly deny your reservation.
3.) Customers checking in after 21:00 pm who have not yet paid for their accommodation will be required to settle the payment through a payment link or by credit card only. Please note that a 4% service fee will apply.
4.) A swimming pool (located approximately 50 meters away at The Snug Airportel, a hotel within the same group)
5.) A restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for on-site dining
6.) A poolside bar for ordering beverages
7.) Laundry service
8.) Motorcycle rental

Policies regarding luggage storage:

While we understand the convenience of storing luggage for future reservations, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer complimentary storage due to space limitations. For baggage storage service, please feel free to reach out to our front desk, 100 Baht/bag/day.

4) Payment on Arrival: Cash and credit card
Credit card payments will have a 4% surcharge.
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 7 days before arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included.
7) NO smoking in Room, but have a smoking area.
8) We only accept guests 18 years old or more.
9) Air-conditioning hours: 15:00 p.m. - 09:00 a.m.
