5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 7 days before arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included.
7) NO smoking in Room, but have a smoking area.
8) We only accept guests 18 years old or more.
9) Key deposit of 500 baht is required.
10) Only guests are allowed to enter the dormitory room.
11) No food allowed in the dormitory room.
12) Late Check-Out: 100 baht per hour.
13) Towel deposit of 500 baht is required.
