It is a jungle lodge with multiple cabins, accommodation with en-suite bathroom and fan, swimming pool, BBQ area, food service, restaurant and bar.

Hipilandia International Hostel Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
We accept payment in cash (Colombian Pesos) and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made [number] days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within [number] days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy and Additional Guests:
Additional guests may be accommodated in the cabin for an extra fee, subject to cabin capacity and prior approval.
Facilities and Amenities:
Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of all lodge facilities and amenities.
The use of the pool, BBQ zone, and other recreational areas is at the guest's own risk.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool area.
Restaurant Service:
Our on-site restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Special dietary requests can be accommodated with advance notice.
Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred at the restaurant during their stay.
Activities and Excursions:
Participation in lodge activities and excursions is voluntary and at the guest's own risk.
Guests must follow the instructions of our guides and staff during activities and excursions for safety reasons.
Jungle treks, birdwatching tours, and other outdoor activities may be subject to weather conditions and availability.
Liability and Responsibility:
The lodge is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest's stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, accidents, or illness.
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the lodge premises, with the exception of service animals with proper documentation.
