Rincon Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Good location and friendly staff, but there are no lockers—only code locks for the rooms and main doors. Unfortunately, this was the worst hostel I’ve stayed in when it comes to cleanliness. I didn’t use the restrooms at all, and the roof was leaking during my stay.

There are four showers shared by the entire hostel . The bathrooms and the showers are in the same room area with an opening to the hallway and general area(so no door). One of the showers had no curtain. Two of the showers heads did not work. The showerheads that did work would spray so far it doesn’t even reach your head. The 3 toilets only one had a toilet seat and there was only one roll of toilet paper to be shared. You can hear everything going on outside . No towels provided. Roaches.

The dorms were decent. Cleanliness was not great, friendly staff and great location!! The hostel was hard to find as it isn't indicated anywhere. We would definitely stay here again considering the value for what you get!
