AQP Hostel Company Policies and Conditions:
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before arrival, before 6:00 p.m. In case of late cancellation or no show, the full stay will be charged.

Check-in: from 12:30 p.m.
Check-out: before 10:30 a.m.

Payment:
Payment is made upon arrival in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Payments made with credit or debit cards are subject to a 5% surcharge on the final amount.

Check-in policy:
To check in, presenting physical identification is mandatory:

Original passport or valid ID (for Latin American citizens)

Date of entry into Peru
Important: Copies or digital photos of documents are not accepted. If this policy is not met, check-in will be denied and it will be considered a no show, with the corresponding charges applied.
