We stayed there for 2 nights. The host was very nice and gave us coffee before taking us to/from the station (it was snowing heavily and were on foot). My friend used the ofuro and it was "a magical experience". The other guests were also very nice and gave us ride to the station as well. Overall a great comforting experience. 10 stars.
