Welcome to Nomads Queenstown - a multi-award winning hostel overlooking the snowcapped mountains and right on the shores of beautiful Lake Wakapitu.

Whether you are travelling solo, as part of a couple or a group, our huge range of rooms will definitely cover what you need! From hotel style king rooms, to more social shared spaces - all with access to our beautiful kitchen, movie room and lounge - complete with roaring fireplace!

Our friendly reception team will take care of all your needs during your stay, and if you want to go exploring Queenstown orā€¦.anywhereā€¦our travel gurus can sort out your trip of a lifetime! Please note that we are a dry hostel and alcohol is not permitted in our communal areas or dorm rooms.

As we are located in the heart of Queenstown one side of our property backs onto a popular social street (Searle Lane). Due to this we do experience noise from local bars especially over the weekend so please contact us directly via email if you are a lighter sleeper and we will do our best to allocate you to a room on the Church Street side of our property.

We also have free ear plugs available at our 24 hour reception if required so please don't hesitate to ask our friendly reception team for these.

I came to Nomads and honestly, was a solid experience for a hostel, like most hostels feel like sheds with a bunch of people sleeping on eachother but this place was great, great utilities and the staff was awesome, I had a alot prints to do and Rachel at reception was a big help, she was great at making the atmosphere very lively. Great experience great staff, solid time. I think Cookie would approve šŸ˜Ž
