We are located in an historic building which has no lift available.

By making a reservation with your credit card you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours from your agreed check-in time or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in time, you authorise the travel services provider to charge your credit card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding one night's charge in the case of accommodation or such amount as may be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions in the case of non-accommodation product.

For reservations made for the Easter period and for the New Year's Eve (30 December - 31 December)ALL reservations during that period are non-refundable in case of any cancellation or no show.

The hotel reserves the right to withdraw payment for the entire reservation immediately after booking. In the event that the card cannot be verified, the client must provide another card number, failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of the deposit.

Amazing location for the price but it would’ve been nice if there were curtains for the beds and lockers that can be locked with your keycard. But other than that I had an amazing stay and the staff is friendly.

I have stayed many times; it's been my first choice in Prague for years. The location is great for sites and for transport links. The building is comfortable, clean and well maintained. There are plenty of toilets and showers. The ten bed dorm is spacious and pleasant. Kitchen is small but well equipped. The refrigerator regime needs to be more strictly enforced (too much old food, not properly labelled); but this is my only criticism. Overall, an excellent hostel.

Spacious room and great location. Staff were always ready to help. They also organised daily activities. A little quiet in terms of atmosphere but I still met some great people there.
