Pousada Mar e Terra is located 300m from Tucuns beach, 8 min from Gerib Beach, 15 minutes from the center of Buzios, surrounded by an exuberant nature, peaceful location excellent for hiking, sports, entertainment and relaxation, so is the perfect place to live unforgettable moments.

We are located 300 meters from the ramp of free flight.

The location of the ramp is the trump card in the region of free flight, the pilot may be flying Buzios while his family and / or companions enjoy the wonderful beach of Tucuns, which is below the ramp

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

From March to December you will be contacted by the property and asked for a deposit of the first night in order to secure your booking. This deposit wont be refunded in a case of a no-show.

This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Years eve or Carnival.
