Incidentals:
A general deposit is needed at the time of check-in as guarantee to cover any damages or additional charges incurred during your stay. If not utilized this deposit is released back to you. USD 100 per stay.

General Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling the reservation after 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time), or failing to show, will result in a charge for the entire stay (including all taxes and fees) being made to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method.
Guarantee Policy - A credit card will be required to confirm your reservation.

GROUPS POLICY
Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

I do not recommend this hostel for anyone looking for rest or a peaceful trip. I arrived before the official check-in time and was informed that the room was already ready. However, they wanted to charge US$18 for early check-in. I refused, as I have never been charged anywhere in the world to enter a room early when it was already available. I waited until the official check-in time. The hostel is extremely noisy. There is loud music at the pool all day long, and the sound carries throughout

this hostel has not only the kindest staff but offer amazing customer service as well. The place had a few cool iguanas run through the courtyard plus the courtyard is filled with multiple fruit trees some of them which i ate from. The property is clean and your room tends to be clean, but depending on the type of people staying within your hostel room really determines how clean it stays, especially the bathroom. Overall i really enjoyed my trip here & made great friends and memories here.
