Very lovely and cozy place. Not really a hostel but rather a mix of cabins and wandering home. You need to enjoy nature, as it is in the middle of nowhere. The kitchen is big and well assorted and there is a grocery store nearby. However, keep in mind that you will most likely need to rent bikes to go anywhere, so calculate that as additional costs.

The main building of the hostel is pretty spooky (german: gruselig). You hear every step in the hallway because of the old timber piling. The bath rooms are tiny & the kitchen facility is very old. The cleanless of the kitchen leaves a lot of the desire even I admire it's the end of the season. My girl-friend descibed the hostel as from pre-IKEA age. The reception opening hours is in very tide time, but they are friendly. I think this says everythink.
