Run by a French-Indian couple, The Lungi Vibe is a place of haven for travellers looking for a peaceful place to rest and enjoy good food. We promote multi-culturalism, tolerance and respect and are so happy to share our cultures with you. In our café sheltered by numerous trees, feel at home and enjoy delicious home made food, French cakes and Keralan filtered coffee, or chill in one of our hammocks! We are excellently located just behind the cliff, literally 5min walk from the beaches (main beach and black beach). Only one minute walk from the super market, bar and party hub.

We speak English, Malayalam, French, Mandarin and Russian. Our staff is always happy to help you with the best they can!
Please note that we love animals but we don't accepted them inside the property.

I didn’t actually stay at Lungi Vibe, I reached there 3 hours before check-in time. So I chilled in the common area. Ultimately I met some friends when I went out for breakfast so I moved into their hostel instead. Maybe would have stayed at Lungi vibe if it had a better vibe there and if the bathrooms were cleaner. But still writing this review because of how professionally and kindly Lungi bhai handled me cancelling in the last minute - he is a really sweet and accommodating manager!! :)

My stay in this place was amazing. Julie and Alsin are wonderful hosts. I have spend 2 months in this charming place surrounded by nature. I was very lucky to be there in such a difficult time of Coronavirus pandemic. I would definitely recommend The Lungi Vibe especially since it’s located in the North Cliff and you would definitely enjoy walking by the sea, swim in wonderful beaches and share moments with the coolest hosts ever 😃 Love you guys. Relaxed vibe, lovely people. Standard double room with en-suite and balcony is big, clean and cosy. The owners are wonderfully friendly and helpful and it’s just a short walk to cliff shops and beach. Highly recommend.
