Joy Plus is located at a quiet street in the buzzy city center, yet an easy connection to different parts of Dalian. The distance between the railway station and us is the shortest among all hostels in Dalian. Also, we are just minutes’ walk from Laodong Park and you can see the famous Sightseeing Tower just down the street.

It is one of the very few retained historical villas of Japanese style and now renovated to be much more facilitated—a combination of vintage vibes and edgy looks. Sheltered by a hundred-year-old pagoda tree in front and backed by a small mountain, our hostel is saturated by a natural ambience. You will feel fresh and relaxed breathing with the bamboos and various other beautiful plants which fill the interior spaces.

Our hostel consists mainly of four-bed dorms and one six-bed dorm, plus a couple of suites, including a tatami room. Beds are comfy, and we guarantee a high standard of living conditions in each room. Communal bathrooms are maintained by strict hygiene protocols. Also worth mentioning is the specially-structured wooden roof, under which we’ve created an open communal space where you can read, meditate and feel the tinges of the old pinewoods, passing a perfect idyllic day.
