The hotel was opened in 2006 and it is located in the centre of old part city, between first trading dome Toki «Sarrafon» & «Toki» Telpakfurushon and near by Magoki Attori Mosque. There is small garden in front of hotel Ziyobaxsh with the fountain in center of the garden and it makes your stay more comfortable during summer days and our guests will be able to enjoy drinking cup of tea during their visit our hotel in this wonderful garden. Our friendly professional staff provides excellent service and makes your stay unforgettable.

Hotel Ziyobaxsh Is located in 5 km from the airport and 15 km from the railway station. It offers excellent central location to ensure easy access to all main attractions.

There are 2 triple rooms ,1 room with big bed for couples and 2 standard beds, 5 twin rooms and 2 double rooms in our hotel and all rooms are decorated in oriental style, and all of them are provided: air-conditioner, shower bath, telephone line, satellite TV, fridge and wake-up call, laundry service.
