Fontanella Art Rooms

Fontanella Art Rooms can be found in a central historical building dating back into 1881. The hostel was open 40 years ago and from that time we have been receiving guests from all around the world. It started as a business and became a passion for us, we do not want to offer just bed to sleep, we want to give an experience to our guests, in a cosy and clean place with a strong local feeling. The accommodation is located in a renovated Modernist building from 1881.

Our location is magnificent, right in the center of Barcelona. The central location means you can visit most of the city’s attractions on foot, attractions and landmarks such as Las Ramblas, the Port of Barcelona and the several beaches that are in the city, amongst many other attractions and landmarks that Barcelona brings to people.

Fontanella Art Rooms has been totally renovated in 2019. Rooms are modern and bright. All rooms come with air conditioning, heating and a private bathroom with shower. Rooms with a balcony are available. Some of them overlook beautiful street called Layetana, while others are really quiet on the another side of the building.

Daily cleaning service is included in the room price.
Airport pick-up/dropp-off service is available upon request and for a supplement.

Fontanella Art Rooms Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7days prior to arrival. Within 7 days the property will charge you for the first night of your stay unless you choose non-refundable policy, then you will be charged 100% right after booking.

Check in from 15:00.
Check out before 11:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Fontanella Art Rooms might pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.

City tax 0.72 EUR per person per night is not included and will be added to the bill upon arrival.

Reception opening hours 7:30-23:30.
In case of late check-in, please, contact Fontanella Art Rooms to get necessary instructions.
Please note that late check-in after 23:30 carries a EUR 15 surcharge.

Public parking is available for 35€/day. Reservation not possible.
