Early check – in may be requested in advance, but is based on room availability up on arrival.
Should the hotel wish to secure the availability of the accommodation for an early check – in before 13: 00 hrs, the booking should be made and 50 % will be added to the first one night room rate, if guest arrives after 13:00 hrs.
The check – out time is 12: 00 hrs, but can be extended until 14: 00 hrs free of charge based on availability.
Between 14:00 hrs – 20: 00 hrs at 50 % of applicable room rate, or in case of late check – out not being contracted, guests will have to pay 50 % of the applicable Best Available Rate of the day of check out.
Guest who checks out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate.
A maximum of one child up to 12 years may share parents’ room on existing bedding free of charge and children between 0 – 7 years will have complimentary meals as per parent’s meal plan.
