PV SUNSET INN has private studio is spacious and has everything you need to rest, surf the internet and cook at a very affordable rate. Just five blocks from the Malecon Downtown Puerto Vallarta hillside. We don't share our places we give them away all for yourself!

There is a large rooftop terrace with tables, chairs, bbq, tanning beds and breathtaking views of the mountains the ocean and the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship! Do not miss them around 9 to 9:30 pm every night!

Our units are Mexican-Style units on a picturesque little alley paved with cobblestone in a perfectly safe community. This is a good apartment for the budget conscious that still want to be close to the action. All our units have all the essentials nothing luxurious. If you are looking for proximity to all places and activities downtown within the Mexican community this is IT! We offer great location at a small hike that comes with it.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
