PodShare San Diego

This is PodShare's newest location! The space itself is an industrial loft in the heart of Little Italy. We have a community kitchen, lounge, co-working space, sound booth, two toilets, two showers, and a sleeping area. This is a co-living community - an awesome opportunity to make new friends.

Each custom built pod has its own flat screen television with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora), reading light, and space under the pod for luggage storage. These custom built beds are designed - no rickety metal ladders! We do not allow tenting or covering the pods in any way.

PodShare San Diego Policies & Conditions:

This property will pre-authorize and/or charge the listed credit card for the full cost of stay PRIOR to the guest's arrival.
***Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours if invalid cards are listed by the guest.***
For any bookings with a remaining balance at the time of the guest's arrival, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards at the desk.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival.

Check in from 10:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .

Taxes not included - occupancy tax 14.00 % per person per night
Breakfast included.

No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
Non smoking.
There is a 3% charge for credit card use that is charged by our credit card processing system.
