The Keep Eco Residence is a unique, eco-conscious and sustainable accommodation in the heart of Salzburg!
The Keep Eco Residence is the perfect combination of an environmentally conscious spirit, a welcoming community of travelers and locals, warm Austrian hospitality and down-to-earth, comfortable living.
By utilizing a life cycle design from top to bottom, all materials and resources are either reused, recycled, or up cycled so that it remains almost entirely waste-free:
- many original features were kept in their original state and are mindfully cared for
- in some cases, second-hand materials found a new home or use!
Your nature-inspired room is:
- private and comfy
- equipped with a wash basin
- always close to one of our communal showers and toilets (cleaned daily)

No Check-in, make yourself at home!
- Room access is automated, self-operated and keyless
- Enter your room after 3PM with your personal PIN-code from NUKI (sent by email)
- Check out by 10:00 am
Then, come and go as you please!

The Keep Eco Residence Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 00:00 .
Check out before 10:00 .
we have a self- check- in system and the guests can check in themselves
With Standard Rates the guest must arrive in this time to pay 11:30 am -5 pm
With the Non refundable Rates the guest will get the door code in advance and can arrive whenever they want to from 15:00.

Payment upon arrival by credit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before the arrival.
