You can fully immerse yourself in the authenticity of the local people, savor a wide array of culinary delights ranging from traditional Colombian dishes to international cuisine, and engage in cultural exchanges.

Our check-in procedure is entirely digital, and here are four simple steps to remember before your stay:

Check-in time is at 3pm. Should you arrive earlier and your room isn't ready, don't worry! Feel free to unwind in our common areas or store your luggage and return when the room is prepared.

You'll receive the entry codes for the house on the day of your reservation, along with the registration form.

Upon completing your registration, we'll send you the payment link for the reservation (this applies only if you haven't made an advance payment or booked via Airbnb).

Once your payment is received, we'll promptly provide you with the room number and key code.

We'll communicate with you through the channel that suits you best-be it WhatsApp, the platform's chat through which you made the reservation, or email.

Please note that we have a strict policy against sexual tourism and the exploitation of minors. Every guest is required to provide a photo of their identification in advance. Failure to do so, if identified by our surveillance cameras or reported by our staff, may lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without any possibility of refund.
