The Astoria Apartments, are located in three different addresses, not far from Central Station and in a central location, allowing you to easily explore Bologna on foot .The position is established on the day of check-in, unless prior and specific request.
Check-in is at the Hotel Astoria Via Fratelli Rosselli, 14, where there is an active Reception 24 hours on 24 and where you will be given the keys, instructions, a map of the city and where you will make the payment . They offer free wi-fi, air conditioning and well-equipped kitchenette, the apartments include towels, linen and ending stay - LCD TV, safe.
Check-in time is from 03.00 pm ; check-out time is within 11.00 am.
The addresses of the apartments in order of distance from the Hotel Astoria, the check-in office, are: via Milazzo, 12; Via Galliera, 61; Via del Borgo di San Pietro, 59. At the Hotel Astoria is available a free luggage storage, and a free bicycle hire (deposit required).
The cleaning of the apartment will only be made at end of stay and is included in the price
The credit card left in the system will be used to make a pre-authorization of the first night If will be non valid we cancel the reservation.

The apartment room i ended up in was 5+ minutes away from the hotel. It’s not easy to just go back and ask something. My apartment number was 210, which i thought was on the 2nd floor, but it was on the 5th. It took me 15 minutes to figure out where my room was (tried calling via WhatsApp with no success, then walked all floors). They should write the floor on the key along with the address and room number. The staff was nice, but they need to iron out some stuff on the service side of things.

Weird. The hotel also has apartments all over. I didn’t think I'd booked that. Close to train, which was good. Here's the big deal. Three keys were needed to get into the apartment: outside door, hallway door on the 2nd floor, and door to room. The room door and floor door both needed the key to get out, too. Super bad fire hazard. All I kept thinking was if I needed to exit fast, it'd be very difficult. Anyway . . .
