Coral Reef Surf Hostel

The hostel is focused on surfing and has a laid-back pura vida atmosphere. We offer surf lessons with one of our friendly and experienced surf instructors and we are more then happy to give you information about what to do around, buses, etc. or help you booking shuttles, activities and trips.

Located in the heart of Tamarindo, Coral Reef Surf Hostel offers travellers more than might be expected from a hostel. Steps away from the beautiful Playa Tamarindo as well as some of the best surf breaks Costa Rica has to offer.

Coral Reef Surf Hostel is located in the center of Tamarindo. We are steps away from Playa Tamarindo as well as many dining options. Besides our own Shortboards Grill and Longboards BBQ, we're adjacent to a food court and two grocery stores.

Our newly renovated property has been outfitted to ensure your comfort:All rooms are provided with bedsheets and linen, safety lockers and air conditioning

Furtheremore, there is:

- a shared kitchen
- a common ground where you can hang out with other guests, watch television, chill in the hammocks or a skate the skate ramp in the backyard.

Guests have:

- The possibility to store your surfboard
- 15% discount on their meal at Longboards BBQ restaurant
(Beside the hostel)
- the possibility to book trips, activities, shuttles and busses

Coral Reef Surf Hostel Policies & Conditions:

Check in starts 11:00 to 21:00 .
Check out is 08:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.

- Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival. 2 days. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Travelers with children are welcome in our private rooms.
The hostel reception area is accessed through Mandarina.
