The eight-storey Beach Heights Resort offers an elegant choice of accommodation with carefully appointed rooms styled to represent the distinct regional identities and comforts of Thailand: Lanna (Northern Thailand), Siam (Central Thailand), I-Saan (North-eastern Thailand) and Southern (Southern Thailand).

Lanna: Evoking the legendary Golden Triangle in Northern Thailand, famous for its mystical mountains, majestic redwoods and communities of artisans.
Siam: A modern celebration of art at the heart of central Thailand's culture, featuring rich hues of royal Thai silk.
I-Saan: A down-to-earth abode of creature comforts and decor designed to reflect the simple pleasures of north-eastern life.
Southern: Decorated with figures from traditional shadow puppet theatres, the rooms capture the essence of southern Thailand's mixed cultural history.

Arriving at the Beach Heights Resort, guests are welcomed to an idyllic retreat offering tranquillity and serenity only 400 metres from the pristine sands of Kata Beach and within easy reach of the sights and tourist attractions that grace the stunning island of Phuket.

1. Check in from 2pm and check out until 12 noon.
2. Both cash and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted upon arrival.
3. Cancellation policy:
(1) Normal period : The guests can be cancelled 7 days in advance without charges.
(2) High Season (1 November – 19 December & 11 January – 31 March): The guests can be cancelled 14 days in advance without charges.
(3) Peak Season (20 December – 10 January): The guests can be cancelled 28 days in advance without charges.
4. The hotel require a cash deposit upon check in of THB 3,000.- (or USD100) per room for secure all expense during stay and to be refunded on check out.
