Rozas House is a Qajar house dating back to about 250 years ago in the Soorijan neighborhood of Kashan, which was renovated in 2021 and opened as a boutique hotel in 2024. Surijan neighborhood is one of the oldest and most untouched neighborhoods in Kashan, which was the center of poetry weaving workshops in Kashan city. This neighborhood starts from Gazi Asadullah square and finally ends at Sultan Amir Ahmad neighborhood. And it is located at a very close distance from the famous historical houses of Kashan.

Rozas House has a garden pit architecture and has three floors and has a capacity of 18 + 4 guests in eight rooms. 6 rooms with double beds named ASEMANEH, HORNO, SAR SAYEH, EYVAN, PANAH AND TALAR, 1 twin beds room named DALAN and a two-room unit including 1 double bed and two twin beds named PARVIS. All rooms have the facilities as air-conditioning, hair drier, mini bar, wifi internet, telephone, bathroom, Bluetooth music player, central safe box. Rozas House has an elevator, two lobbies, breakfast hall and cafe, and a sitting area in the courtyard.
