My Capsule Canggu

The shower, sink and toilet were very dirty and disgusting. The toilet didn’t work multiple times and we told the staff, and even though they tried fixing it the toilet didn’t flush correctly. There was also an open gap in the ceiling and we saw lots of insects and cockroaches. The bunkbeds were fine, even though the bed covers had multiple visible stains, so we had to sleep in our own sleeping bags. The lockers dusty and we didn’t have much storage. The staff wasn’t always available and weird.

Loved this hostel location is great, staff are friendly are really try to learn your name. Facilities are fine, bathrooms are clean, beds are comfy but absolutely no security. No lock on the door, no key to get in, you can walk right in off the street. Some form of key to get in and this would be a 10/10 hostel.

Really enjoyed my stay here! the bed was really comfortable, homey vibe. Closed to the beach which only takes 5 minutes walking. Many things along the street from fancy restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Perfect for meeting new people and having a great time. And what i loved the most is the staff, they are super helpful. Will definitely come back and tell my friends to stay here! 10/10 recommend
