Don't go!! Dirty and run down. Squished cockroaches everywhere. When we arrived they seemed confused by our booking but said everything was okay then in the morning said we couldn't stay for our dates even though we booked weeks in advance. The same happened to others staying there and some were even turned away. Basically trying to make money from other new bookings as they even told us that they had large groups coming for Semana Santa.

Do not stay here! I arrived and they told me that there was an error and the website should not have taken the booking as they were fully booked, then tried to convince me to stay at a more expensive property. I spoke to at the four other people who had the same experience

DONT GO HERE! They are obv trying to scam you on money and your accommodation. We get there and they pretend that they have made a mistake by double booking us so we need to sleep somewhere else although we have already booked here. One of the guys there says he doesn't work there and just happend to be there to translate. THAT IS A LIE! We met 4 different groups in total on that day and everyne had been doubleboked but the hostel lie and say its only them etc. They tried to charge you more
