Nuum is an amazing host who goes out of his way to help you. We were there for full moon party. The hostel is about 10mins from haad rin so is easy enough to catch a taxi to the party. The hostel was quite quiet so we went elsewhere for prees. Nuum makes an amazing coffee which was very much needed the next morning

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in!! The owner is so lovely and gave us goody bags when we arrived. It included water snacks and a free coffee voucher (his coffee was the best I’ve had in Asia!) Everything was super clean and comfortable. And he was so helpful whenever I had questions. There was frisbees and snorkles we could borrow for the day for free aswell! Only one bad thing is that with where the hostel is, you definitely need to rent a bike to get to the main high street.
