I didnt have the greatest experience at this hostel. There was no security at all. There were no locks on any of the doors or the hostel itself. There were lockers but you have to bring your own padlock. The rooms were decent. The common area was nice. The showers were terrible. The location of the hostel is good. It's only about a 10 min walk to the center.

We booked a private room incl. bathroom. The shower did not work for 2 days, so we asked for a refund. We talked to the manager on the phone (he would not come in person). He was rude and called us many ugly things. He then kicked us out at 6 pm on the third day, because we complained. We had 30 minutes to leave, otherwise he would call the police, he said. Overall, he was very unkind and threatening. This was a very scary and uncomfortable situation, and we would not recommend this hostel.

Extremely friendly staff and very sociable hostel! The free bar for 30 minutes at 8 was a great bonus and easy to socialise!
