Great location, good for one night. Not super clean and was hard to get hold of the staff to let us in to the property

I’d like to list things that are said to be included but aren’t: towels, lockers, deposit box, key cards, airport shuttle help, hair dryer, luggage storage. The man that worked there had very off vibes, was huffy that we wanted to check in or ask any questions, his system for bookings was writing on a bit of paper, he kept coming into our room too. We book mixed dorm of 6, got put in female dorm of 8 which he then put 2 men in. No one answered the WhatsApp calls to give us the code to get in.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff, did not have the facilities listed on website: towels, lockers, key card access or saferty deposity box. Website said hostel could organise airport trasfers but after asking several times eventually just shown the uber app. Men placed in all female dorm due to 'issues with air con'. Man that worked there came in and out of our room an unecessary and uncomfortable amount. These were only some of issues, did not feel safe or secure! Do not reccomend!
