El Conquistador Boutique Hotel is a classic hotel in Antigua Guatemala, we are located 5km from the central park, we have private rooms in hotel, we have 2 gardens to share, we also have a living room, dining room and shared kitchen.

We are located in San Bartolo, a classic and recognized town in Antigua Guatemala called Plaza el Conquistador at only 5km from the central park, town market, travel agencies, tours to the Acatenango Volcano and other destinations.

All our rooms have a private bathroom, cleaning service, decoration from Antigua Guatemala and a smell and taste of adventure.

Don’t book through hostel world. We arrived and they did not have our reservation even though HostelWorld already took our deposit fee and we showed them this. The price for the rooms are more expensive than what is advertised on HostelWorld. The housemaid was very lovely and accomodating. The main people were very difficult to get in contact with. There is no main reception. Contact is mostly via WhatsApp and had very poor response this way.

Breakfast NOT included. Definitely more like AirBnB, there's no reception and you get your key yourself to your room. Room is AMAZING, big hot shower, big king bed. You feel in a 1k$ room. Owner comes in the morning to get your payment. Really shouldn't be on Hostelbookers tho. Location isn't perfect, but Uber was 18qtz from town center so can't complain.

My favorite hotel in Guatemala yet! 2 balconies and high ceilings. A comfy bed and big shower. Much better than the pictures showed! I put 4/5 for location because it's a 25 minute walk to town, but there is a bus stop right outside and busses come by every few minutes and cost only 2Q to get to town which is a fun experience anyways! :)
