Pros - Room and beds were fairly comfortable - Kitchen is well equipped - Clean - Powerful fans Cons - We have a basic level of Spanish which we have been able to get by with throughout Central America. However it was difficult to communicate here as the staff gave long, convoluted answers to simple questions - Door was extremely difficult to lock/unlock - Smoke constantly floated into the room from the property behind burning their rubbish - Roosters made noises throughout the early morning

Very accommodating crew, My flight was cancelled so could not get to my reservation and they were able to totally honor my reservations!

On arrival no water in the shower, which seems to have been a water supply issue in Leon as opposed to the actual property. However, on check in, was not informed of the situation or given time frames on how the water outtage works. Lady at check-in asked for me to write down my debit card pin number so she could charge my card mayer as she was having problems with the machine, found her to be rude and unhelpful. Room was basic as expected, little ventilation and lack of communal space.
