Showers were hot, the loop tour from there is amazing! Recommend. But my bed there had bed bugs so I didn’t get any sleep. Just stayed awake and away from the bed

The staff was really nice and helpful and the hostel was clean and well maintained. However, the beds are extremely hard and I could barely get any sleep as the light from the hallway filtrated onto the room and lit it up significantly. I has to get out of bed to turn it if like 3 times but they kept turning it back up. Maybe this was just my luck but there’s hardly any social life.

The staff was very nice and friendly! We had a medical emergency and our luggage had to be transported from ha giang to hanoi, the host arranged a transport for us and was very helpful! The bed was okay, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner but was okay :) they had an extra blanket which we needed because it was very cold. After requesting they gave us fresh towels 😊
